Liberia Flag issued Marine Notice ADM-007 Rev. 01/26 which supersedes ADM-007, Rev 07/23. The purpose of this Notice is to provide guidance to shipowners, operators, Master’s, Liberian auditors and Recognized Organizations performing the ISM Code certification of IMO requirements on carriage of publications.
As per this circular Witherby Publishing Group and CAIM is removed from list of recognized electronic equivalents.
