SKAN Flag issued a marine circular 147 25 regarding the procedure and requirements for Certificate for endorsement for the COCs. This circular revokes MC 30 09.
While the circular has strssed on various requirment, the main changes brought through the circular is
- COC must be vlid for min 6 month when certificate of endorsement is applied.
- There is requirment to upload medical fittness certificate, that too shall be valid for another six month while applying the endorsement.
Other requirments apparently remains as was and has been stressed upon.
