During the 58th Committee meeting in Malmö, Sweden, from 26 to 30 May 2025 had decided that Paris MOU alongwith Tokyo MOU will carry CICs on Ballast Water Management in 2025.
Formal notification should be released by Paris and Tokyo MOU on 01st August. The other MOUs will also launch the CIC. The CIC will be from 01st Sept 2025 to 30th Nov 2025.
