As of 8:00 a.m. on May 5, 2025, the Electronic Vessel Registry (REN) is officially available to all users, as announced by the Directorate General of Public Registry of Vessels (DGRPN) of the Panama Maritime Authority (AMP).
This cutting-edge digital platform marks a major milestone in the modernization of registry services, integrating more than sixteen previously separate systems into one streamlined solution. Its implementation is designed to enhance process management, significantly reduce errors, and eliminate delays that once hindered service efficiency.
To access the platform, users must first complete the User Creation Form, available via the AMP website at the following link: https://www.amp.gob.pa/ren/. A comprehensive user guide is also provided to support onboarding and navigation.
Users affiliated with law firms, notaries, or government institutions may indicate their organizational affiliation in the designated field labeled “Organization Name.” This feature allows teams to manage and track all procedures submitted on behalf of their organization.
Please note that user access is personal and non-transferable. Each team member requiring access must individually complete the form provided at the above link.
