Liberia flag issued Marine Notice SAF-003 which supercedes SAF 003 of 2024. This notice is inline with the revised recommendation on Enclosed space by MSC (IMO).
The changes in this notice is as below
a. Revised references (f) and (h)
b. Extensive amendments throughout to incorporate changes from reference (h).
c. Amended paragraph 9.13 to incorporate references to MSC.1/Circ.1264/Rev.1 and MSC.1/Circ.1358/Rev.1 and expanded guidance on fumigation.
d. Added new section 10 on action to be taken in the event of an emergency.
