As per press release on 28th Nov 2025 from Ocean One, General Average was declared by the owners of the M/V ONE HENRY HUDSON.

In conjunction with the declaration of General Average, the Owners have appointed Richards Hogg Lindley as Average Adjusters. The appointed Average Adjusters will be responsible for coordinating the collection of General Average securities and other relevant documentation.

The appointed Average Adjusters are a dedicated resource and solely authorized by Owners for any party through the process of providing the necessary General Average security and documentation.

The contact details of the appointed Average Adjusters will be provided separately. As per the press release any party having cargo interests to contact the appointed Average Adjusters directly to submit security and other relevant documents.

It is advised that cargo will not be released until the necessary arrangements are made with the Average Adjusters.
