The Panama Canal remains committed to providing a personalized and high-quality service experience to our valued LoTSA customers, with the objective of consistently meeting and exceeding their expectations. To facilitate better understanding, we have updated the document containing the terms and conditions for LoTSA (2.0). Modifications have been made to Annexes 2 and 3, which now include detailed examples of requests for deferrals, date changes, and advanced transits.

Similarly, subsection 2.24 is included regarding the use of Form 7662 when requesting the following services: deferrals, slot advancements, changes in slot direction and later ready time.

It is important to highlight that an explanatory table has been included, detailing the effective dates applicable to LOTSA transactions.
