Operators are entities that have taken on the obligation for all duties and responsibilities prescribed by the International Safety Management Code, according to the USCG website. There appears to have been an oversight, though, since Onego Glomma’ GmbH & Co KG ONEGO GLOMMA & TAS Transatlantische Schifffahrts GmbH & Co are added in relation to the same vessel ONEGO GLOMMA.
