Republic of Marshall island has published the investigation reports for three vessel. The three incidents were
- Tigris: Fatal Fall from Stairs in which Master lost his life.
- Ourania: Fatality During Hold Cleaning in which a Fitter lost his life.
- Ou Ya Leng 6: Grounding and Total Constructive Loss
