The Panama Ship Registry announces that, as of today, the new E-Certificates platform will be operational via its website: ecertificatespanama.amp.gob.pa
Here, you can process certificates such as, Authorizations and extensions for armed personnel, ISPS authorizations, ISSC (International Ship Security Certificate), CSO (Company Security Officer) Declaration, SSP (Ship Security Plan) Amendments, SSAS (Ship Security Alert System) Exemptions, BCC (Bunker Convention Certificate), WRC (Wreck Removal Convention), CLC (Civil Liability Convention), PAL (Passenger Authorization Letter),DMLC Part I (Declaration of Maritime Labor Compliance), ISM Declaration, Authorized service providers, Exemptions and permits to operate as a high-speed vessel (POHSC).
Meanwhile, the E-Segumar platform will continue to operate to process certificates that are not included in the above list.
The Panama Ship Registry continues its modernization process, with a view to providing a first-class experience for its users.
