Suex Canal Authority had announced 15 % rebate for container vessel having suex canal net tonnage >13,000 or above, this was applicable from 15th May for 90 days.
Now through Periodical 16/2025, Suez Canal Authority has decided that circular no. (3/2025) issued on 13 May 2025, concerning the rebate of 15% granted to (Laden/Ballast) “Containerships” of Suez Canal Net Tonnage 130,000 Tons or above, transiting the Suez Canal (Northbound or Southbound), shall remain in force till 31 December 2025 (the last Suez Canal transit date is 31 December 2025).
