The Coast Guard has announced conditions of entry for vessels arriving from the Republic of Cuba in the Federal Register.
In accordance with 46 U.S.C. § 70108, as amended, and the Department of State’s designation of the Republic of Cuba as a State Sponsor of Terrorism, the Coast Guard has determined that Cuba is not maintaining effective anti-terrorism measures in its ports and has issued a Port Security Advisory (PSA 1-25). Federal Register :: Imposition of Conditions of Entry for Vessels Arriving to the United States From the Republic of Cuba. The actions listed in PSA 1-25 apply to vessels that arrive in the United States after visiting ports in Cuba, as described in that document.
