RoRO Vessel Marco VI, IMO 7047203, Flag Togo has been banned by USCG from operating in US water as per USCG website from 07th Jan 2025. As of date there are 9 vessel are listed as banned vessel including Marco VI from operating in US waters.
Marco VI has been operating in Caribbean sea since long time as per the AIS data of the vessel. Vessel is reported as built in 1970 and so the age of the vessel is more than 50 years.
Vessel was detained by USCG four times in last 19 months and three NOA violation in last 17 months. Its reported that vessel sailed out from the port while vessel was under detention by USCG.
As per USCG PSIX data the vessel was last inspected on Nov 24th 2024 and was under detention since then and then sailed out without the clearance from the USCG.
