Panama Maritime Authority has revised MMC 202 and amended the approved PNI clubs/financial security providers accepted by this Administration to issue the Blue Cards or Financial Securities related to following Conventions
- CLC’92,
- BCC 2001,
- PAL 2002,
- WRC 2007 and
- MLC 2006.
As per the revised Circular following PNI clubs are no more authorised by the Panama administration to issue the COE or financial security for the Panama flagged vessels.
- Ingosstrakh Insurance Company
- Alfastrakhovanie Group
As per the circular follow clubs approval has been renewed and they will continue to issue the COE and financial securities certificate on behalf of administration for Panama Flagged vessels
