UAE Govt has issued circular 01/2025 from MOEI, the governing body for shipping addressed to all port authorities, owners, managers and agents about banning of Kawa Xiamen, IMO 1087225 from UAE waters and ports.
Within the framework of the Maritime Administration, represented by the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, has decided to prohibit the following ship from entering UAE waters and ports, including the Exclusive Economic Zone, in compliance with Article (73) of Maritime Law No. (43) of 2023.
