Panama Flag Revises List of Approved P & I Clubs

Panama Maritime Authority has revised the MMC 202 which list the P & I club approved by the flag administration. The purpose of this Merchant Marine Circular is to inform the list of P&I / insurance
companies / financial security providers accepted by this Administration to issue the Blue Cards or Financial Securities related to following Conventions: CLC’92, BCC 2001, PAL 2002, WRC 2007 and MLC 2006.

The changes in this MMC can be summarised as below
